She led the Mobile Strategy of InfoJobs, the #1 job board in Spain, from 2012 to 2016. She successfully converted the well-known employment website into an App-First company reaching more than 1M MAUs in 2016. She has been working in the mobile industry since 2006, right before the revolution of Android and iOS. At the time she was Managing Director at Code Factory, a Spanish startup making mobile phones accessible to the blind and visually impaired. She worked in many projects of accessibility together with companies like Nokia, BlackBerry, Microsoft, Google, AT&T and Vodafone. In 2010 President Obama signed the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act into law, an historic milestone in which Code Factory played a significant role. In 2014, she co-founded Women in Mobile, an initiative aiming to increase the visibility of women in tech. In 2015 she received the Dona TIC award, an award given in recognition of leading women in the field of Information and Communication Technology in Catalonia. In 2016 she has created Worksí, a job app startup within Schibsted Spain, and in 2017 she has been promoted to Growth & Strategy Director of InfoJobs joining the board of direction of this Schibsted Company.
